1. Applicability
This policy applies to any physical goods or devices that we ship or deliver, or collection of devices donated.
2. Shipping / Device Distribution

For devices being distributed, we will specify delivery location, timelines, and any costs (if applicable).

Where free-of-cost, we will handle logistics of delivery.
3. Device Donations (Collection)
Donors need to ensure device is in working condition (unless specified otherwise).
5. Shipping Costs

If there are shipping charges, they will be mentioned at checkout or in communication.

For free device distribution/donations, shipping may be handled by us or by partner organizations.
6. Risk and Title

Once device is shipped or delivered to the address or handed over, risk may pass to recipient (depending on agreement).

Title/ownership transfers upon delivery or upon device handover (as per policy).
7. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If a device arrives damaged or not as described, inform us within [7 days] of receipt, with photo/ evidence.

We will assess and either replace, repair, or offer appropriate remedy.
